Job Description
Fully responsible for all work in the weaving workshop, including: labor allocation, operational technology, equipment management, labor discipline, safety production, environmental cleanliness, off-machine quality, and production efficiency, directly managing the equipment supervisor, coaches, and shift leaders to form a comprehensive production management network for the workshop.
(1) Based on the company's process instructions, comply with the arrangements of the production scheduling plan, reasonably arrange the products to be put on the machine, implement process checks for machine operation and standardize shift records, strictly follow the specific provisions of the 'Production Process Quality Control Operation Process', and carry out task inspections.
(2) Formulate operating rules and regulations for each process, responsible for implementing various indicators such as: weaving good shaft rate, off-machine quality, control of continuous defects, and will bear direct management responsibility for quality issues that lead to color differences in finished products or violations of processes.
(3) Follow the specific provisions of equipment management, guide and support the equipment supervisor to carry out cyclic inspections of departmental equipment, implement supervision, guidance, and assessment, publish inspection data and existing problems on the same day, and support the equipment supervisor in carrying out competition activities.
(4) Independently hold team meetings every month to analyze the main reasons affecting efficiency and quality, motivate the work enthusiasm of personnel in all shifts, carry out operational quality activities, and focus on solving quality issues and personnel disputes in production while being open to work inspections from various departments of the company at any time.
(5) Actively promote cleanliness and tidiness at the production site, inspect and assess the work quality of cleaners, air blowers, and sweeping operators to maintain a clean, tidy, and comfortable working environment in the workshop.
(6) Emphasize and improve the completion rate of various indicators: production efficiency of production indicators, process checks for machine operation, off-machine quality, weaving good shaft rate, consumption of machine parts, equipment integrity rate, safety inspections at the production site, energy consumption control, and control of yarn usage.
(7) Pay attention to fixed asset management within the workshop; ensure that transport vehicles, fabric rods, mobile equipment are neatly arranged. Raw materials in the weft yarn room and tools must be kept tidy and clean.
