Job Description

The main equipment of the company includes 5 Yancheng ASGA288 high-speed warping machines, 1 Zhengfang 308 and 310 sizing machines each, 1 Japanese Toyota 710 jet loom, and 4 high-pressure starting air compressors.
1. Responsible for the tracking management of product quality in the weaving workshop under the leadership of the quality inspection department and workshop supervisor.
2. Responsible for the supervision and inspection management of the quality of warp beams in the preparation workshop.
3. Responsible for the 6S on-site management of the workshop, including the neat stacking of weft yarns, handling of tube feet, dealing with tangled yarns on looms, and management of the workshop environment.
4. Assist the workshop in managing production and personnel arrangements. 5. Educate employees that quality is more important than quantity and not to produce products with quality issues.
