The company's main equipment includes 5 sets of Yancheng ASGA288 type ultra-high-speed warping machines, 1 set each of Zhengfang 308 and 310 sizing machines, 4 sets of Japanese Toyota jet loom high-pressure starting air compressors, and 1 set of Italian fully automatic winding machines, among other equipment. Fully responsible for all aspects of the preparation workshop, including: warping, sizing, winding, as well as management of equipment, quality, production plans, operations, site, safety, etc., reasonably arrange according to production instruction sheets or change notices, organize employees to complete production progress, and work on improving the quality of semi-finished products.
(1) Based on the company's process instructions, comply with the production scheduling plan without delay, supervise and guide the quality of the production process, standardize the records of each shift's accounts, inspections, and lead the team to execute together;
(2) Standardize the operational requirements for each job type, formulate operational rules and regulations for processes, and bear direct management responsibility for quality issues that arise such as: incorrect raw materials, inconsistent warp yarns, incorrect lengths, errors in yarn splicing, as well as violations of specific requirements set by the process. This includes issues like light sizing, sizing spots, sticking yarns, broken ends, uneven warp axes affecting finished product quality;
(3) Strictly follow the specific provisions of the "Production Process Quality Control Operating Procedures", implement supervision according to specific regulations for equipment management and maintenance, conduct self-inspection assessments of equipment, maintain and care for equipment cleanliness and tidiness, and strictly control randomness in various production links;
(4) Independently hold team meetings every month to implement the company's relevant spirit, actively promote improving good yarn rate quality, control yarn usage and waste phenomena, and focus on solving quality issues in production and personnel disputes. Be ready to accept work inspections from various departments of the company at any time;
(5) Pay attention to and improve the completion rate of various indicators and bear direct management responsibility for the following: machine checks at each process stage, inspection of semi-finished product good yarn rates, control of machine parts consumption, equipment integrity rate, safety inspections at production sites, energy consumption control, and reasonable use of raw materials.
(6) Emphasize and improve the tidiness and cleanliness of the production site. Reasonably formulate cleaning handover procedures for operators' machines. Daily floor cleaning and weekly cleaning of high places and surrounding walls should be conducted. Inspections on cleanliness should be carried out.
(7) Standardize the neat arrangement of each weaving beam and raw materials to prevent collisions between beams that affect quality. Collect and arrange small bobbin yarns and waste packaging materials. Assess operators for random waste of raw materials such as cutting or pulling yarns.
