Job Description

1. Under 65 years old, with many years of experience in greening management, in good health, capable of doing, managing, and arranging work, willing to endure hardships, proactive and enthusiastic about work, and must love greening work.
2. Fully responsible for the management and care of greening.
3. Timely watering, weeding, pruning trees, and pest control for flowers, grass, and trees.
4. Before the arrival of spring each year, prepare for the greening of flowers and grass and the replanting of trees, and arrange the greening work for the year according to the greening plan.
5. At the onset of spring each year, ensure frost protection for flowers, grass, and trees to guarantee their safe wintering.
6. Criticize and educate those who damage flowers, grass, and trees; report serious cases to the greening leadership group in a timely manner. Promptly repair any damaged flowers, grass, and trees.
7. Actively cooperate with relevant work assigned by the factory department and the comprehensive office.
8. Properly manage the facilities and equipment needed for greening, promptly repair and maintain any damages.
9. Management personnel should regularly learn about the care and management of flowers, grass, and trees as well as common pest control knowledge to continuously improve their professional and management levels.
10. Actively cultivate flowers, grass, and trees to fulfill responsibilities in greening and beautification work.
