Job Description

1. Responsible for the execution of the sales plan, controlling the entire process from grey fabric to finished product in terms of quality, cost, and delivery time, ensuring a 100% product transaction rate. Review and summarize customer orders, issue and track production plans, track raw material plans, register and track customer allocation plans, coordinate production progress, and manage changes in product orders and stock plans.
2. The dispatcher is responsible for fully completing and exceeding the production plan, listening to daily production reports from relevant workshops, accepting feedback, researching and determining current production arrangements, and ensuring timely progress to balance production across all workshops and links.
3. The production arrangements determined by the dispatch meeting must not be changed arbitrarily by the workshop. If there are temporary changes, the dispatcher must be contacted.
4. Dispatch personnel must comprehensively schedule based on the completion of the production plan, considering the overall situation regarding grey fabric varieties, delivery orders, batch production, semi-finished product progress, and finished product warehousing.
5. Organize good cooperation among various departments and have the authority to dispatch directly.
6. In case of sudden problems in production, assist workshop departments in taking emergency measures for rescue and repair.
7. Production scheduling must be within the specified process operations and equipment standards to ensure product quality.
8. Fill out the dispatch record card, accurately recording the main production situation of this shift as well as requirements and issues to be resolved for the next shift, and ensure proper handover work.
Job requirements: College degree or above, good health, related major in dyeing and finishing, proficient in office software operation, familiar with the production process control of interwoven fabrics, with more than 5 years of relevant work experience.
