The main equipment of our company include 5 sets of Yancheng asga288 high-speed warping machine, one 308 and one 310 sizing machine of Zhengzhou Textile , 288 sets of Japan Toyota 710 jets, 4 sets of high voltage starting air compressor and so on.
Be responsible for the product quality tracking management of each variety in weaving workshop under the leadership of quality supervision and workshop director, .
Responsible for the quality supervision and inspection of beams in preparation workshop.
Responsible for 6s on-site management of workshop, including the neatly stack of weft, the handle of bobbin, the handle of loom heave heads, and workshop environment management.
Assist workshop in workshop production management and personnel arrangement.
Education staffs to focus more on quality than quantity, and do not release any product with quality problems. The salary is floating based on the output, quality, consumption, safety and 6 s management.
